I specializes in helping clients with processing trauma, depression, anxiety, family or relationship conflicts, ADHD management, self esteem, adjustment, and managing daily life stressors. I employ a wide variety of different therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), engaged listening, perspective sharing, humanistic and holistic therapy, mindfulness, family systems, conflict resolution, play therapy, exposure therapy, and trauma informed therapy methods in my practice. I enjoy working with college students and adults from a variety of cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and gender identities. I am also comfortable working with families, couples, and children.
