I cultivate a warm, comfortable therapeutic environment with a strong sense of humor. You set the pace and tone of your own work in counseling. I adjust my style and technique depending on your needs. If you are spiritual-minded or seeking, I can offer coaching or alternative techniques to aid you on your path. If you are looking for someone who is offbeat but grounded, I am your person. My goal is to empower you to be your best self. I can help you see that you have strengths and gifts inside of you-- that there are ways in which there is absolutely nothing wrong with you. The path to self love and acceptance is hard but it can begin today. I specialize in trauma treatment, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence/highly sensitive people, and spiritual growth. I am trained in EMDR.
