Everyone carries their own baggage, from our most vulnerable littles, to our adults-in-training (teens), and all ages of adults. Some of the baggage can be quite heavy and consist of unresolved conflicts, ruptured parent/child relationships, destructive behaviors, sadness, worries, relationship dissatisfaction, divorce and high-conflict divorce, loss, trauma, or other adverse life experience. Is your family struggling through transitions or have been court-ordered into Reconciliation Therapy, Co-Parenting Counseling, Therapeutic or Supervised Visitation? If so, it is important that you work with a therapist who is familiar and sensitive to these unique and complicated situations. Regina works with the Tulsa Family Court System to provide these specialized services. Everyone brings their own unique story to counseling and to honor each client’s story, Regina uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit individual client needs. She offers counseling services in a safe, calming environment so you can explore your life events, work through difficult transitions, heal from pain, rebuild self-esteem, and ultimately have the life you desire. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families. Making the first call to get help can be difficult. Regina encourages you to make an appointment because you do not have to do this journey alone.
