Introduction

Hello! Welcome to my page. Let me introduce myself, I'm Regine a bilingual (English and Haitian Creole) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specialties in Mental Health, Family Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Career Counseling, and Trauma Recovery. I have over 20 years experience providing Social Work Services to individuals from diverse social, economic, cultural, spiritual, and developmental populations. My experience has allowed me work with individuals who have an array of concerns, including mental disorders, interpersonal issues, partner conflicts, socioeconomic stressors, chronic health struggles, autism and developmental disabilities. My career started with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Adelphi University and includes annual continuing educations trainings. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (ITP); all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I practice fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and strengths. I am committed to empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through compassionate and personalized care. With a client centered approach, I work to encourage my clients to take an active role in developing and setting their goals. I believe providing encouragement and acceptance provides one of the best environments for one to achieve their valued outcomes.
