Originally from the state of Maine, I first came to Colorado during an internship at the University of Colorado at Boulder's Counseling Center in 2004. I fell in love with the weather, beauty and active lifestyle that Colorado offers. Following my graduation from the Smith College School for Social Work, I returned to Colorado in 2004 and plan to stay! In addition to opening my private practice since 2006, I am an adjuct faculty at the University of Denver's Graduate School for Social Work and provide clinical services for an Intensive Outpatient Program for adults in Englewood. Being a mom to an pre-teen, teenager and 2 fur babies, I am always busy! In my free time, you can find me doing almost anything outdoors. Hiking, biking, running, kayaking, paddleboarding and snowboarding are my favorite outdoor activities.
