Introduction

As a Christian Counselor, my goal is to serve each person, couple, group, and family in a way which promotes holistic wellness to be the best version of oneself. Some say love will keep us together-I say, releasing and processing the traumatic, unhealthy thought patterns, esteem issues, and roots of anxiety creates well beings! For those who consider Christianity an integral part of their lives, again, I am a Christian counselor and incorporate biblical principles with evidence-based strategies to increase your well-being. Those who are not Christian will find the atmosphere accommodating and welcoming because I cherish individuals and their uniqueness. Life can be tough at times, allow a soldier to walk with you!
