Introduction

I began working with clients, particularly families and children in 2013 and then branched out to run a school based mental health program. That experience unlocked a passion for working with children and families to heal attachment injuries and relationships. I have found helping families and individuals understand their core beliefs and how they relate to current functioning most fulfilling. I especially enjoy examining the parent and child relationship and helping to guide the building of more secure attachments. Psychotherapy and talking about your most urgent concern(s) is not an easy thing to do, and it's also not impossible. Here at Two Roads, we will examine the past, address present functioning, and facilitate goals that will make a difference in your present and future. Taking this journey one step at a time will help the process of seeking support, feel more manageable and less intimidating. I'm here to guide you along the path that will make the difference for you. You are the priority here at Two Roads.
