Introduction

I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience trained in Clinical mental health therapy and Christian counseling. I am passionate about working with people on their mental health and personal goals, walking with individuals through hard seasons of life, and assisting them to find healing and joy. Counseling is a collaborative process, and your goals are important to me and our work together. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns including: Anxiety, Abuse, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Marriage Counseling, Self Esteem, and Personal Growth. In our work together you can expect to feel heard, respected, supported and equipped with practical skills to use in your everyday life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on the concern, such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Christian Counseling. Online counseling gives you an opportunity to be seen by a counselor sooner (when a local therapist may have a waiting list) and gives you more choice of a therapist that better fits you and your goals.
