Journey to Success LLC was founded by Reva Mingo as a means to fill the void that drug abuse impacted families faced when asking for help. Having experienced the pain that comes with having a parent suffer from drug addiction, Reva realized that she had a calling. She would find a way to offer a means to deal with the pain and anguish of drug addiction in individuals and families. Working to understand the grasp addiction has on its victims, she sought to understand the ways in which a family can work together to build a life affirming a path forward. Reva has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Human Services Clinical Counseling with a focus on Alcohol and Drugs. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC). Reva took a leap of faith and started Journey to Success LLC - a for-profit organization that strives to help individuals with addiction and co-occurring issues and educate families to manage the effects of addiction-related to mental health problems. The path to recovery is not simple, it takes support from within a family and a caring and understanding environment. She believes recovery is possible with the right encouragement, motivation, coping mechanisms, and support. Reva asks you to join her in creating your own Journey to Success.
