We all carry emotions and difficult memories that sometimes go unnoticed, leaving us feeling alone and overwhelmed—often without understanding why. Over time, this can lead to depression, anxiety, and poor health, shaping our daily experience of life in ways we may not realize. As an experiential and relational therapist, my top priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. Our work together will go beyond simply talking about feelings and narratives. While conversation can bring insight, true and lasting change happens when we slow down and tune in—moment by moment—to what is unfolding beneath our words, stories, and intellect. This is where deep transformation begins. My approach is active, engaged, and open. My passion for this work is deeply rooted in a variety of disciplines, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), attachment theory, affective neuroscience, somatic-focused approaches, Eastern practices, and mindfulness. All of these support the growing body of research showing that our brains are capable of change, that healing is possible, and that no matter what we have been through, we can grow, thrive, and reshape our lives. I offer the flexibility of both in-person and online therapy, providing support in a way that best fits your needs.
