Hi there, I'm Rheanna. Thanks for stopping by! I have worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. During that time, I got to observe people truly heal from the emotional wounds. I noticed the ones that were able to gain skills and overcome, were the ones who had someone in their corner. Advocating for them and cheering them on. I think therapy should be like that too! Although there may talk about difficult topics and our conversations may not always be easy, you know I am on your side and want to see you living the life you deserve to live. I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, past painful experiences (trauma), and OCD. I am also proudly trained by Postpartrum Support International to treat parents during the perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) period.
