I often integrate mindfulness practices, so you have the tools to find relief in your day-to-day life and recommend mind-body-soul methods to help you as a whole person. My clients have weekly sessions to receive consistent support and transition out of feeling depressed, anxious or overwhelmed. Over time, they experience a change in emotions, relationships, work-life, and how they feel about themselves. We'll start with what's going on in the present, learn how to get control over feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and explore the background of issues to bring awareness and interrupt any repeating patterns that prolong painful struggles.
