I provide a safe environment of empathy and compassion; a space of gentle strength wherein clients can build their own container in which change becomes possible. From this non-judgmental place, clients begin addressing their various mental health concerns holistically and whole-heartedly. I work with survivors of trauma, those in the midst of difficult life transitions (such as shifting spiritual identities or relationship changes), and those experiencing anxiety, depression, addictive patterns, and low life satisfaction. In our work, clients develop mindful self-awareness, acceptance, self-compassion and accountability.
