Introduction

I am trained in DBT, ACT, & DBT Prolonged Exposure for PTSD (DBT PE) and DBT-PTSD – both evidence-based treatment protocols for addressing emotion/identify dysregulation, trauma, and co-occurring suicidal and self-harming behaviors. The hope is to collaborate and adapt current evidence-based interventions (i.e., CBT, ACT, PE, ExRP, & DBT) to the individual with a creative- and consultancy/coaching-oriented approach to treat anxiety, mood, and trauma disorders in adolescents and adults (14+).
