Through therapy, you will unravel your thoughts, using talk, play, art, or other modes, while integrating new tools to grow. With extensive experience in mental health, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities with clients managing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral, and adjustment-related issues. I have worked with children and families in mental health and school settings, growing my understanding of child development and family dynamics. I enjoy working with and focus my practice on serving children (starting at 4) and their families, as well as working with women. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships, recognizing that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential to successful outcomes. I attempt to bring my authentic self to session, offering support, psycho-education, and a little humor when appropriate in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. Above all, I strive to promote healing and growth, creating space for clients to overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives.
