Introduction

I work with a diverse range of people from across the lifespans, focusing on the neurodivergent population from different cultural backgrounds. I use a culturally competent and strengths-based approach in therapy. I can help you find who you are as a person and communicate your needs with others. I am here to support your journey. I offer therapy using a person-centered approach focusing on your strengths and using evidence-based interventions. I am certified in AutPlay Therapy and am in the process of becoming a certified play therapist. I also use dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) including neurodivergent affirming DBT. I have been working with children in different settings, including after-school programs, child development programs, and have worked with autistic individuals for 5 years.
