I use a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to help you set goals and work towards those goals in a warm, supportive therapeutic environment. In sessions, I typically utilize techniques from internal family systems therapy, attachment theory, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and emotion-focused family therapy to help you repair your relationship with yourself.
