Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual and family therapy services in person and virtually to Clients in Missouri. My professional work has focused primarily on working with youth, families, and young adults. I have worked with first generation college students, folks healing from sexual trauma, multilingual individuals newly arrived to the United States, people engaging in self harming behaviors or struggling with suicidal ideation, and/or trans and non-binary youth who have experienced rejection from their caregivers or support system. In addition to these particular presentations, some common concerns I treat are depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a white queer cis woman (pronouns: she/her), I have worked to develop an intersectional lens, making sure to hold space for folks with varying identities. I hope to provide a comfortable and non-judgemental environment where clients can safely show up as their authentic selves. Sessions may incorporate mindfulness, emotion exploration, taking a closer look at memories, and/or coping ahead for future situations. While the specific treatment frameworks that I am trained in are helpful, I believe that it is the strength of the therapeutic relationship is most important in guiding folks towards change and transformation.
