Introduction

Trained by Linda Curran in integrative treatment for complex-PTSD, sessions start out seeking a foundation in trust and safety. From here we explore present focused skills, based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills to meet challenges related to unhelpful thinking, tolerating distress, managing uncomfortable emotions, and improving relationship skills. Developing awareness and focus, we look at chains of events that led to unwanted outcomes. Once you are more active and aware in building the life that you want, and are ready, we can start to heal the wounds of the past. To learn more visit https://robkoehl.com
