Welcome! I’m Dr. Rob Leach, a clinical psychologist offering therapy, couples counseling, and executive coaching. I specialize in assisting high-functioning individuals and couples navigate personal and professional challenges. My approach encourages self-reflection and discussion, transforming life’s difficulties into opportunities for growth. I provide dependable support as you address relationship issues, work-related concerns, family matters, and other life stressors. In individual therapy, I assist clients in navigating challenges and developing tools to facilitate well-being and personal growth. Together, we identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies for positive change. This collaborative approach is especially beneficial in addressing anxiety and stress, helping clients manage these feelings and improve their overall quality of life. For couples, I focus on enhancing communication and managing conflict constructively. By understanding negative patterns, we work towards renewing connection and strengthening your relationship. Through executive coaching, I assist professionals in exploring career transitions, honing leadership skills, and creating a sustainable work-life balance. Whether you’re seeking greater fulfillment in your career or refining your approach to professional challenges, coaching offers a space to gain clarity and take meaningful steps forward. I offer in-person sessions in Denver and Colorado Springs, as well as teletherapy in most states and telecoaching nationwide. My practice operates on a self-pay basis; while I am out-of-network for insurance, I provide superbills for potential reimbursement, and many clients use HSA/FSA accounts for payment. With a background in both business and psychology, I bring a broad perspective to my work. After earning a degree in philosophy from Colorado College, I completed an MBA at the University of Colorado and began a career in financial services. Motivated by a desire to help people find greater fulfillment, I pursued a master’s in psychology at Boston University, followed by a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. Since then, I have been dedicated to private practice, supporting clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. For more information, visit milehighpsychology.com.
