Introduction

You deserve a space where you can process your experiences, explore new possibilities, and feel truly understood. Guided by curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, I’m here to support you in navigating life’s challenges and uncovering what feels most authentic to you. My goal is to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey, empowering you to grow and create a life that aligns with who you are. While I integrate expressive arts therapy—blending artmaking, creativity, and imagination with traditional talk therapy—you don’t need to be an artist or engage in art at all for our therapeutic work together to be effective. I work with clients across the lifespan, offering individual and group therapy to address a wide range of concerns. Expressive arts can benefit people of all ages, especially kids and teens who may struggle to put their experiences into words. I also have extensive experience supporting youth and families navigating grief after significant losses. I believe that clients are the experts of their own experiences and approach therapy with a curious, nonjudgmental stance. Reach out today for a free, 15-minute consult to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to meeting you!
