He has a special interest in helping clients heal from trauma, overcome depression and anxiety, rise above addiction, manage ADHD, and cope with chronic pain. He is an EMDR therapist who incorporates other evidence-based modalities as needed (i.e., DBT, CBT). His approach is collaborative, exploratory, supportive, and encouraging.
