Introduction

Robert Conn is a dedicated pastoral counselor, full-time pastor, and church planter with a deep passion for strengthening marriages and families. He has been married to Shelly for over 28 years and has raised four children, so he understands the joys and challenges of building a strong, Christ-centered relationship. Holding a Master of Divinity and a Master of Pastoral Counseling, Robert has spent years walking alongside couples through the complexities of marriage. He has seen God heal countless broken relationships, helping couples navigate the pain of infidelity, abuse, and abandonment while finding restoration and renewed commitment. His experience in premarital counseling has also equipped many couples to build strong foundations before saying, “I do.” As a conference speaker and marriage ministry leader, Robert (along with Shelly) has led hundreds of couples to invest in their relationships, guiding them toward healthy, thriving marriages. Whether through counseling, ministry leadership, or speaking engagements, his mission remains the same: to see marriages restored, strengthened, and flourishing through faith, grace, and the power of Jesus Christ.
