We all have parts of us from depressed, critical, worried to parts that are kind, happy and loving. All of these parts together make us the person we are. Although it is usually in an effort to help, sometimes different parts of us take over at the wrong time or do something that doesn’t seem to be helpful. I am counselor that looks beyond a diagnosis and strives to support people who may need support for stress, depression, addiction, relationships, and traumas. Throughout my diverse training and experience, I have built up a skill set that can be adapted for each person as we discover ways to change and adapt to how we manage stress, life and relationships.
