Introduction

Dr. Randolph is a psychiatrist with 25 years of experience and specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults suffering from Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety & Panic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, ADHD, and Schizophrenia. He is a graduate of Rutgers Medical School (formerly UMDNJ). Dr. Randolph completed his psychiatric internship and residency at Rutgers-Newark and his fellowship at Rutgers-Piscataway where he now serves as lead physician on their child and adolescent inpatient unit. Prior to his return to inpatient care, Dr. Randolph served as medical director for Rutgers UCHC working with youth in the state juvenile justice system providing psychiatric services such as evaluation and assessment, medication monitoring, and as a consultant on the best practices of youth with significant behavior disorders and psychiatric illness. Dr. Randolph has an insightful, biopsychosocial approach to care, and forges relationships with parents and caregivers to promote optimal mental health for his patients. All appointments are virtual and are for medication management only.
