Introduction

My favorite word is intentionality. So much of my own life experience is based on intentional, and if I am being honest, sometimes unintentional choices that either I made for myself or others made for me. Like a roller coaster, this has produced some amazing highs of happiness and joy, and hard and painful lows. Several years ago I made an intentional choice to leave a 20 year career as a professional engineer to learn the skills and tools needed to sit in the rollercoaster car with you and embark on a journey of experiencing the grace of the highs and the hard and often painful work of coming out of the lows. I am a dedicated and empathetic professional with a strong desire and passion to see people’s lives transformed and reach their full given potential.
