Hi, my name is Rob. It's a pleasure to meet you. I believe everyone should be able to live their best life. I became a therapist because I felt called to help others find that best life. We all have our own stories to tell. Sometimes it can be hard to tell those stories. It's either too painful, we're worried what other may think, or we may think our stories are somehow wrong or not worth telling. Whether your story is filled with sadness, pain, fear, or loneliness you should be able to share your story and feel the validation of the uniqueness inherent in it. You should also be able to see the joy hiding inside the struggle. I can help you connect, or reconnect, with that hidden joy. I have helped individuals find their way through depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, all while honoring the truth of their stories. I believe that every individual should be accepted with unconditional positive regard. I believe that everyone should have the ability to spend their time on Earth feeling seen, heard and accepted for who they are. Most importantly, I believe everyone should be able to accept and love themselves.
