I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Emory University in 1998. I completed my pre- and post-doctoral fellowships at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bedford, MA where I also served as a staff psychologist and principal in the establishment of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training, research and treatment center. Before opening my private practice, I provided consultation and psychotherapy services for adults at Psychological Care Associates and LifeStance Health for 19 years. I am an active member of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies and the Massachusetts Psychological Association.
