Introduction

My journey as a therapist began with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges within a faith-based context. After completing seminary and working as a pastoral counselor, I felt called to expand my expertise and better serve the diverse needs of my clients. This led me to pursue further training in clinical mental health, maternal mental health, and trauma. Today, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals aged 8 to 70 can explore their concerns and discover their inner strengths. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also integrate faith-based practices into treatment when requested, recognizing the importance of addressing the whole person. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families facing parenting stressors, life transitions, maternal mental health challenges, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, and trauma. My advanced training in these areas allows me to provide specialized care tailored to your unique needs. If you’re seeking a genuine, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic experience, I invite you to reach out. Together,we can navigate life’s complexities and cultivate a path toward healing and growth.
