I draw from a broad range of therapies to help heal the parts of you that are in pain. My integrative approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I offer expertise working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ and transgender issues, addiction, PTSD, and ADHD. I work with women during pregnancy and postpartum, and people coping with parenting, elder caregiving, or grief. I also offer a unique lens to common challenges faced by creative people.
