Introduction

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Spalding University in Louisville Kentucky, and a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family therapy from St Mary’s University in Minnesota. Robin is the first person in three generations to earn a college degree. Robin grew up in Minneapolis with many challenges, trauma, and a one parent household. Her ambition has helped to guide others in their quest to identify, to develop and deliver their purpose in life. Robin have supported others in a variety of settings from infants to adults and families. Presenting with a variety of emotional, social, and behavioral concerns. Robin has helped teens emerging to young adults that struggle with mood disorders, self-destructive behaviors such as substance abuse, non-suicidal self-injury, and anger. Robin is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy. Robin also has experience treating and working with individuals with criminal backgrounds, and is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
