I believe that safety and happiness are every human's birthright. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of people heal from emotional trauma and find their joy. If you are struggling in any area of your life, I’m here to as a person to talk to, share with, and provide you with life skills and tools to move through your own process toward personal satisfaction. I am your advocate as I join you on this journey. I began as a life coach in 2011. I discovered that my clients needed more than just coaching, they needed counseling. I decided to go back to school, and in 2014 I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. I then became a Certified Counselor and have been practicing under a licensed supervisor. I now attend Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado to earn a masters degree in psychology and attain full licensure in the state of Washington. I approach counseling from an Internal Family Systems orientation. I also employ mindfulness so we can do our best to be calm, grounded and in the moment during our work together. I enjoy working with all age groups, and I have experience in many different areas of mental health. My job is to help you, even if you think change is impossible. All you need is the desire to find out.
