Introduction

Welcome! I am glad you found your way here. With 14 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, family dysfunction, codependency and addictive behaviors. I also have specialized expertise in treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Trauma Spectrum Disorders. I believe in tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each individual. Brainspotting is a central part of my practice, as it activates the brain's natural healing capacity, allowing for the processing and integration of “stuck” emotions and experiences. I also draw from other therapeutic approaches, including Parts Work, Flash (originated from EMDR), and Attachment Theory, to provide a holistic and personalized approach to healing. For clients struggling with OCD and other Anxiety Disorders, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)— evidence-based therapies that help break the cycle of limiting behaviors, reduce anxiety, and rewire the brain’s fear response for long-term relief. Everyone deserves a safe, affirming space to explore their thoughts and feelings. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to social justice, equality, and creating an inclusive environment where all individuals—regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, or background—feel respected and heard. You are welcome here. SERVICES: I offer individual therapy for adults in California and Oregon. All services are conducted via secure Telehealth video platform. Each session is 50 minutes long. FEES: Individual therapy session (50 minutes): $200. A limited number of sliding-scale slots are available. PAYMENT METHODS: I accept FSA/HSA cards, as well as debit and credit cards. INSURANCE: As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly. However, if you have a PPO plan or out-of-network benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for services. I recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about their out-of-network reimbursement policy. If you wish to seek reimbursement, I can provide you with a Superbill for submission.
