Working from a holistic perspective, Robyne is a seasoned and compassionate counselor with more than 20 years experience. She focuses on clients' strengths in order to build their confidence and self-esteem as they cope with mental health concerns, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. She has empowered individuals of all ages within schools, colleges, hospitals, private practice, and community counseling centers. Robyne also brings her knowledge as a Licensed Special Education Teacher to help parents navigate the IEP/504 process and to help students overcome academic and social-emotional challenges. As a teacher and counselor, she understands how to partner with families and schools, and provides effective strategies for the classroom environment. She is a proud parent of FCPS graduates. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master's degree from Goucher College, a Master's degree from George Washington University, and a graduate certificate from American University.
