I am taking new in-the-field counselors looking for internship supervision. I'm accepting new clients as well. I am willing to take a non-traditional approach to therapy sessions. I work from a holistic and cognitive behavioral approach. My approach involves physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects we experience daily. When discussing areas of concern, I include how one area in life can affect others, focusing on the person as a whole and not on a set of symptoms. I guide my clients to find ways of releasing unwanted energy and emotions by using techniques that help work through the body, such as breathwork, tapping, and many other techniques. My experience is working with unresolved trauma, complex PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I have two trauma certifications, which allow me to specialize in trauma and attachment. I have extensive experience with trauma-focused treatment and CBT techniques. I hold a certification in Clinical Supervision to provide supervision in areas of specialization. I create an environment for structured communication and processing while providing uniquely tailored therapeutic experiences that can get to the deeper layers, leading us to the core barriers.
