With 30 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate the complexities of their relationships. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in empathy and collaboration, allowing me to understand each client’s unique story. I specialize in enhancing communication for couples, supporting military personnel and first responders, and assisting families through transitional periods. Additionally, I have a strong focus on treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress. Beyond my clinical work, I led workshops on stress management, communication strategies, work-life balance, marriage, and parenting, aiming to empower others on their healing journeys. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel heard and valued.
