I am a Vermont licensed clinical mental health counselor and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I work with adults 18 years and older. You can expect to experience empathy, compassion, open-mindedness, and support in your journey to improve the quality of your life. To help you on your journey I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
