Introduction

As a dynamic and collaborative psychologist, I am committed to supporting individuals in their journey towards greater understanding, harmony, and healing. My approach is integrative, incorporating relational, family systems, behavioral, and mindfulness-based modalities. The therapeutic relationship is an essential ingredient for therapeutic change, and I strive to offer an attuned, empathic, and curious presence to all of my clients. My deepest love is working with clients who are highly motivated to change—who are willing to take the leap of faith in deep therapeutic work to heal from trauma, reprogram their nervous system activation, and learn to thrive in a new way. I am currently offering in-person sessions in the West Linn/PDX area and am offering telehealth sessions for clients in Oregon, California, and New York. I also offer parent counseling/consultation, with expertise in all ages as well as parenting neurodivergent children. I am available for clinical supervision and consultation as well. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and a Master’s degree from Harvard University from the department of Human Development and Psychology. I hold a doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and am licensed in the states of Oregon: PSY3436, California: PSY24253, and New York: PSY024781. I look forward to connecting with you!
