As a Relational/ Experiential therapist, my approach integrates core tenants of Emotionally Focused Individual/ Couples Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to bring both deeper emotional insight and practical skills-building into the work. I find that this balance best enables you to take the work out of therapy and into your relationships. I have a passion for counseling LGBTQ+ clients and celebrate diverse and expansive expressions of sexuality, affection, gender, and intimate relationships.
