Welcome to my practice, where compassion, empathy, and support meet expertise. I'm Roxanne Larrigan, LPC, LSW, LICDC, NCC, and I'm honored to offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to navigate life's challenges. My journey as a mental health professional began with a profound personal loss - the sudden passing of my daughter Kyla to SIDS in 2004. This experience taught me the importance of support and resources in times of trauma and grief, and I've dedicated my career to ensuring that no one has to face their struggles alone. With a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, loss, racism, poverty, depression, guilt, and feelings of isolation, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, addressing addiction, geriatric concerns, behavioral issues, and mental health challenges. As a licensed therapist, I bring a unique blend of compassion, empathy, and resourcefulness to our work together. I'm committed to empowering you with the tools and support you need to heal, grow, and thrive.
