Introduction

I am a local kid, born in Seattle, raised in Renton, and currently living in Tukwila. I started Efficient Counseling, PLLC with a desire to provide culturally relevant therapy in my local community. As a person of color, I am intimately aware of the distrust many have of mental health services. My desire is to minimize that distrust by being a different face in the field. Our local and national community has been affected by multiple stressors. Parents, caregivers, couples, and individuals often need additional support navigating this ever changing landscape. I'm honored by the opportunity to be a resource. My desire is to strengthen the foundation of our relationships and bring change for people who call this region home.
