Introduction

Are you Analytical? Confused by others' emotions or responses? Looking to gain more insight to self? Let me help you find the space to explore your existing thoughts, to deepen your connection to those around you or achieve the goals that have been at arms length. Whether we are talking about severe mental health obstacles, healing traumatic wounds or wanting to fulfill goals, I will guide you through the pathways to healing. I will support you in tapping into your existing power and insight to engage the most fulfilling and meaningful life that you deserve. I am an EMDR therapist who uses an existential and humanistic approach to cultivate healing and growth in my clients lives. I am easy to talk to, nerdy, compassionate and honest. I treat a wide range of individual and relational issues. I enjoy supporting people who love a person who is mentally/physically ill or struggling with substance use. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all and I meet people where they are at. I believe you already have all the power for change within but struggle to access it as needed. If what I have written resonates, reach out and let me help you find the happiness, success, joy, and healing you’re looking for.
