If you are taking the time to read this then you, like me, have found that your life is currently too busy to participate in therapy during the usual 9-5 hours of most clinics. If this sounds spot on, then I encourage you to consider evening and weekend therapy because that's what I do! My experience as a therapist has directed me to develop expertise in the assessment and treatment of trauma. Because of the complicated nature of the impact of trauma on people, I am also very skilled at helping people overcome their depression and anxiety. I've successfully worked with a diverse variety of people, helping them to overcome barriers, both physical and mental, that had held them back from their goals.
