Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living and working in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago. I specialize in helping couples improve the quality of their relationships, parents learn strategies to manage their children's' behaviors, and individuals improve their mental health and important relationships. I am an open-minded, optimistic, and pragmatic therapist. I believe every person and family can create lasting, positive change, and it is my job to ask good questions and assist in finding a way towards the best possible future for each person I see. I have been providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals since 2009. Additionally, I have spent much of my career training and supervising new therapists. I am a solution-focused therapist, which means I help my clients by collaborating to create a vision for a better future, then build the concrete steps to get there. I love working with a diverse array of clients, from all different backgrounds and unique goals. If you are looking to make some changes in your important relationships or improve your overall mental health, I would love to speak to you. When I'm not working, I enjoy tabletop games, superhero movies, cooking, and punk rock music.
