Introduction

Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to ask for help. Especially when you are feeling the effects of stress, anxiety and/or depression. Just by looking for a therapist, you have already taken some of your first steps towards change and the healing process. You are doing great and just like everyone else; it helps to have someone in your corner. That’s where I come in. I am here to listen to your concerns and help you navigate the troubled waters that can be our thoughts and feelings. In my practice I provide a warm empathetic understanding coupled with real down to earth accountability. Therapy will be challenging and it will be uncomfortable at times, but that’s exactly where we want to take it. Growth does not happen in comfort. By being the active participant in your healing process we will aim to progressively push the line between comfort and growth, all at your pace. I look forward to assisting you through your adventure of self-discovery and empowerment. Email is the most effective method to get in touch with me.
