Introduction

You are struggling with being held back in daily life by stress, anxiety or past experiences. It is difficult not to worry or constantly be on edge. Strong and terrifying panic sensations in your body feel overwhelming, confusing and frustrating. Fear and discouragement have too strong of a grip on you. Maybe you've experienced a traumatic childhood or recent event that continues to haunt you or cause shame. Yet, you have a sense that there is something better for you and you feel motivated to find freedom. You have decided it is time to address these challenges and unlock a new way of experiencing life and being your true self. There is hope for change. I help you to experience more freedom from fear, frustration, shame and despair. It is possible to be less burdened by your past, less controlled by anxiety, more hopeful about your future and to find healing. As a trauma and anxiety specialist, I can help you achieve this through my individualized and collaborative approach. I apply specialized training in EMDR, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, MI and Solution Focused Therapy. The foundation of growth is a warm, welcoming and honest space that I facilitate through empathy and curiosity. I get excited to learn the stories, histories, and perspectives of all people I work with. This includes individuals from the international, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. My focus is on individual therapy with adults. I offer services to residents of Colorado. I would love to hear from you and get to know your story. Take your first step towards change by reaching out and scheduling your free introductory call.
