Introduction

My ideal client is ready to reflect and change for the better. I enjoy helping clients learn to discover their own power to change their circumstances in life. Every person has power in themselves, but sometimes it takes a little guidance to find it and use it. I also am passionate about exploring how the relationships in our past are actively affecting our choices today, and how we can use those experiences for the better. Through this process, we uncover past hurts and learn to forgive, accept, and love the parts of us that are hurting. I work from a belief that the client is the expert of their own lives. I help my clients rediscover and love the parts of themselves they struggle with, see their worth as human beings, and redefine their struggles and relationships using tailored, evidence-based practices, such as Structural Family Therapy, CBT, and Narrative Therapy. There is inherent goodness in everyone, and I would like to help you find your inner goodness and "human-ness". Together, we can build the skills to help you define yourself and make the changes you want to in life. If you're ready to take the first step towards a different relationship with yourself, schedule a free consultation.
