We will uncover the strengths and positive qualities you already have within you. My therapy approach is client-centered and incorporates a holistic focus. Treatment modalities include Brainspotting (BSP), parts work/IFS, and mindfulness. I have had great success in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I also offer teletherapy which includes phone and online sessions! Staying up to date on the latest clinical research allows me to offer you the most effective assessment and treatment possible.
