Hello! I work with adults in individual and couples therapy and enjoy meeting with clients from all backgrounds. I am trained to work with a variety of concerns but have special interest and expertise in anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and intentional. My approach prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship while using research based practices. I strive to create an egalitarian relationship and deeply value individual agency. I incorporate a feminist perspective which examines the societal, cultural, and political factors that impact the lives of clients.
