Introduction

I am a Licensed Master of Social Work in New York State. Using a welcoming, humanistic, integrative approach, I work with clients from a wide array of backgrounds to address issues related to (but not limited to) life transitions, interpersonal relationships, boundaries, communication, self-love, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, structural oppression, and existential dread.
